Bi-Weekly Report
Instructions: To be completed by the student every two weeks and discussed with the site supervisor. Return this completed form to your faculty supervisor. Be clear and concise.

Dates Covered: 4/18/2022 through 4/29/2022
1) Past two weeks’ assignments and responsibilities: Review prior month’s processing as a whole and determine areas that need correction/attention. Continue to work towards independent processing and methods of determining sources of errors.
2) Supervisory conference (discuss topics, field trips, directed reading, meetings, etc.): We meet daily just after lunch to review new areas of operations and conduct training and discuss new system work and tasks to be accomplished.
3) Objectives and plans for the next two weeks: Allowing Sam to start a new month’s processing from scratch and conducting an initial assessment of her field work preparations. We will discuss and begin planning for our annual audit, including reviews/preparations of auditor task lists.
4) Referring to your learning objectives, analyze your successes and/or problems relating to those objectives. What have you learned about yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc.? · Starting to process for the month of March from scratch
· Making accounting decisions for where certain numbers go in the journal entries
· Double checking work (numbers) before posting the journal entries

5) Site Supervisor’s comments and constructive criticism (this is mandatory): With her first foray into actual preparation of our company end of month materials, Sam showed an excellent grasp of the work items. We reviewed the need to double checking/cross checks of category transactions and how to best ensure elimination of daily accounting errors. Sam’s diligence resulted in our ability to track down a prior period adjustment. She continues to show she is quite capable of the many tasks we have assigned.
