Bi-Weekly Report
Instructions: To be completed by the student every two weeks and discussed with the site supervisor. Return this completed form to your faculty supervisor. Be clear and concise.

Dates Covered: 4/4/2022 through 4/15/2022
1) Past two weeks’ assignments and responsibilities: We will be allowing Sam to work more independently on the new month’s assignment, evaluating how her set up of processing items/workload has progressed.
2) Supervisory conference (discuss topics, field trips, directed reading, meetings, etc.): We meet daily just after lunch to review new areas of operations and conduct training and discuss new system work and tasks to be accomplished.
3) Objectives and plans for the next two weeks: We plan to assess how thoroughly Sam’s work processes have developed, to include how she works with new items, specifically quarterly items like payroll tax reporting and end of quarter work.
4) Referring to your learning objectives, analyze your successes and/or problems relating to those objectives. What have you learned about yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc.? · Organizing and learning what end of the month papers I need and under which journal entry they belong to
· Learning quarterly items vs monthly items
5) Site Supervisor’s comments and constructive criticism (this is mandatory): Sam continues to show a real aptitude for categorizing work items properly and when in doubt, she offers sound suggestions on how new/unfamiliar items should be handled in the accounting system. Sam displayed a solid understanding of how particular information fed into the federal Employee Retention Credit work we’ve been compiling. Sam has also shown an increased confidence in directing others in our office as to how to properly address work items.
