To understand how to use the discussions tool in Canvas and to meet your classmates, complete the following as your first discussion task:

Tell us what you prefer to be called.

Tell us what your major is or will be and if you have career goals.

Tell us what language(s) you speak.

Share one of your personal hobbies or interests that you love to do in your free time, or tell us your favorite food(s) to eat.

Keep in mind, your entire class can see your posts, so please don't post anything too personal. After you post to introduce yourself, don't forget to reply to at least two classmates using at least 3-5 sentences. Your post and replies will be graded according to this grading rubric
