GRADING CRITERIA

Instructions: Students choose a Health Promotion topic discovered during your patient’s Health History. Turn in hard copy of the paper during lab.

· The paper is APA format in 2-3 typed, double-spaced pages (excluding title page & reference page), & in-text reference citations.

· Quotations require intext reference citation with author, year, & page number. Use of more than 1 quotation per page will be deducted 10 points.

· At least one (1) professional journal article is required in the reference list.

· Website references are not acceptable and if used, 10 points will be deducted.

· Papers submitted after the due date will be deducted 10 points.
