There is a nuclear power plant in Surry Co. There are frequent drills that can be heard in Williamsburg. A loud alarm is sounded in the event of an emergency. The notice will also come across our local radio station.

Yes there are day care and pre-school agencies in my community. They are two in number and they charge around 400 to 600 dollars a month.

The age at which children can begin attending them is as early as one year old.

The community is okay with the idea of adult educational courses. The adults learning is done by the adults visiting the institutes or by opting for online or distant learning from the comfort of their homes. Therefore, yes they are offered online and on campus both.

The advertisements are posted online and physically in the library and in the community newsletter.

The topics of some of the courses being offered are: English as a second language, computer skills and foreign languages. While the hobbies such as art are also being taught along with the life skills which include computer and cooing are also offered.

24 hours emergency care are available in the community. There is also urgent/immediate care facilities available along with the rescues and fire departments.

Yes there are public health departments locale dint eh community. They open up at 8:30am and close at 4:30 pm.

The community residents call their public health workers and the social health workers in times of crisis. There is no hot line available. The people contact the police and rescue services as well in case of emergency mental health issues.
