 this is an excellent outline. The introduction and section 2 on health disparities are very comprehensive. 

Section 4c. should be moved to Section 5 b. where you talk about belief in spirituality.  

For section 4 on health behaviors, add descriptions of some examples of traditional health behaviors as well -- traditional practices from their culture that are not already written about in the textbook. 

Move 5 c and d to the section on health disparities. 

Add more examples of traditional/cultural health attitudes, beliefs and values to section 5 (that are not in the textbook). 

Section 6 looks comprehensive.  Make sure to provide specific examples of how to implement each of the recommendations.  

The references look good.  You just need to add "Retrieved from" for anything you got online.  And capitalize each word in the journal titles.  The last reference from Vance seems incomplete.  Is it a journal?  website?
