CIP: Paper

This is a good start; however, you need support throughout this outline and on your paper.  This is a requirement on the rubric.  Please see comments on the rubric and paper.

Moving forward, use this outline to develop a 4-6 page paper.  Your overview, key issues, and strategic plan should be a level two heading and should have roughly the same amount of space dedicated to that section.  Please review the rubric for the paper prior to beginning the assignment.  Don’t forget, all academic papers should have a solid introduction and conclusion!  I look forward to reading your paper!
