She was explaining some phrases which they are related to Revenue management in hotels;

1-RevPar mean? Revenue per available room

2-ADR MEAN? average daily rate

3-MS3 ; means they make the guest to stay more than 1day

4-Floor : floor rate is the minimum rate

5-Rooms to space ratio: best deal with room meeting

6-RPO : recommended prices
