NOTE - do not just list out 1 or items.   Think about ALL the costs including ongoing training, upgrades, onboarding of new staff, etc...

For benefits think of the cost savings the EHR can bring.  Reductions in wait times, efficiency's, improvement in documentation etc.  Make sure it reflected in your CBA spreadsheet.  

Benefits should outweigh costs.

Be sure to show numbers on 5 year forward look ahead.
