The customers would not be coming into the banking halls, they would be worldwide clients owing to EFT systems that are in place.

Project Scope Description

The Norton bank would like to come up with a more elaborate online banking system. The system is essential in the functioning of the system. The contemporary business environment would lead to a more elaborate system. It is one that is essential and key in the functioning of today’s world.

Setting up online infrastructure is key in ensuring that the bank is generating more revenue, the systems that are in place are advanced and more unique in time and in place. Thus, the setting up of more unique and formidable sources of information would come up as a handy system.

Thus, customers don’t have a platform in which they are able to bank their money using the online platform. Thus, having the system integrated through the online platform would change the scenario of the bank.

The company needs to beef up the security systems that are in place. The online platform would lead to a more elaborate system. This is owing to the increase in cybercrime industry. The customers would have more opportunities to grow when they have their money safe. They would also save more funds from the platform.

Maximize the online revenue streams by having an efficient mechanism in place.

The online system is observed to be a fast and efficient system. It leads to a more elaborate system. The staff are able to bank easily and at a faster rate as opposed to the human resource system where they greatly relied on the staff to perform the actions.

Increase number of customers by attracting online banking from worldwide clients using EFT systems.

The number of customers have also increased overtime. This is owing to the highly efficient systems that are in place. The brand would be well known. Also, the system would not be highly sophisticated. It would be arising from the needs of the clients. Thus, the bank would set up a system that is highly efficient and easy to integrate.
