Question One: Conversion of the User View to a Set of Relations While applying the normalization steps, the above set of view may be converted to bring about a

set of associations and this will appear in the third normal form. The user view will appear as

follows.

NB: As per Topi in 2009, normalization entails arrangement of a given set of data and as per the

above normalization, the set of views has been arranged by considering the order number and

then trying to characterize the related number so that the related numbers may follow each other.

Question Two: The drawing of a Relational Schema

A

A relational schema tries to reveal the essential relationship between the involved items.

Therefore, in this case, it has been used to show the important association between the three

items. Since the order number is the key item of consideration, then it has been placed between

the other items so that it might act as a point of reference.

Question Three: Various Integrity Rules to Recommend

As a way of ensuring the privacy of the data within the above applications, various integrity rules

exist, and they are those that are intended to ensure that the data has not been interfered with.

One of them is that the data must be protected against any form of intrusion. The other one is

ensuring that it is only the recommended individuals who can access it, and this is also a sure

way of ensuring that it has been protected.
