Assignment Specification: Write a report on the following points of study and present it to the class:
Requirements for the Assignment Report Points
1- Chose a topic in the area of Neuroinformatics and describe it ( approximately ½ page).
2
2- Present a brief literature review on how this topic has been approached in the past (approximately 1 page).
4
3- Select relevant Spatio-Temporal brain data to the topic, already collected and available, and describe the data as follows:
- Where the data was collected and how? - What are the data variables? Explain the spatio and temporal
components of data. - Find a number of previous research (journal publications,
conferences, etc.) that have used and analysed this data (approximately 1 page).
5
4- Analyze the data using different methods from the computational tool NeuCom or other Machine Learning methods (approximately 3 pages).
- Visualize your data - Apply the data analysis tool - Apply the modelling discovery tool - Apply cross validation method for classification

5- Summarize the results that you obtained based on the data analysis (Approximately 1 page).
- What do you want to further perform for the analysis of this data (if at all)?
- Would you suggest that new data should be obtained for the topic and how?
