Phase 3-Implementation (Due by WEEK 9)

Phase 3 of the research project is the implementation

phase. The implementation phase will be written

state as we will not be implementing the actual

project. This phase focuses on providing steps by

steps instructions on how the program will be

implemented, a table describing the time frame of

the project, if any budget needs to be considering,

and any resources or statistically tools required. The
