The Earth Savior Foundation (www.earthsaviours.in)
The earth's savior foundation has been considered one of the leading environmental protections Non-Government organizations focused on being the activist for environmental protection. It is an Indian based NGO that can provide a positive international standard approach to meet ongoing environmental problems. Ravi Kalra is the owner and pioneer of the Earth Savior Foundation, a part of his life since 2008. The NGO has been able to address the environmental concerns that are based around the world due to improper and poor integration of resources (Li, Hea, Shao, & Cao, 2018).
For the utilization of resources and natural approach, it is necessary to develop a strong interest in the foundations. For the Earth Savior methods and national approach, the necessity has been defined as an integral part of generating resources and creating tremendous outside support. The man himself, Ravi Klara, has focused on bringing the changes required to be set on international standards for environmental protection. Depending on the growing concerns and limiting focus, it is necessary to generate constructive national and international criteria to meet with the environment.
The NGO has focused on mentally disabled people while providing the nursing home for the abandoned citizens. The entire organization has focused on saving the habitat for humans, animals, and all other living species to achieve the right target of environmental protection (Wang, Cao, Yuan, & Zhang, 2020). The company also tries to acknowledge food and constructed production systems with the limitation of strict culture behaviors and industries. For the NGO, it is important to take strict and strong measures according to the requirement for protecting the environment.
Mission Statement
“Dedicated to serving less privileged people and making every possible effort to protect the environment.”
The mission statement is clear about the concerns developed according to using a complete approach to saving the environment. The relations are built according to the growing concerns and changing nature of business.
Services
For the Earth Savior foundation, it is important to utilize time and develop effective service to link the growing opportunity and develop more influence. The NGO provides environmental projects to the volunteers and file cases against the industries which are neglecting and not following the environment protection rules and laws. According to Manjeet Kumari, The NGO has developed a clear understanding of the procedures they are supposed to take to utilize productive resources.
Total Annual Budget
“The annual budget decided from the company varies from time to time because of the conditions and previous expenses. Considering this fact, the importance should be given to the annual budgets, and it is estimated to be around $7 million.” Manjeeta Kumari.
The $7 million can develop a strong interest in environmental protection in India and fight for the overall approach's rights that can support the whole system. It is important to notice who to fight against and make people aware of the whole situation. Necessity is based on understanding the right procedures and concerns being developed accordingly.
Source of Funds
Manjeeta Kumari, being the head of operations, know about the donation's generation through different sources. It is important to categorize the importance of funds and link the overall capacity to be managed accordingly. The company and NGO have strong donors working in the green industries part and filling the companies' loopholes and their environment harm practices.
Accountability
For the Earth Savior Foundation, accountability is very important. They conduct annual audits through the other NGOs which support its finances, and it is made sure that the accountability part if of prime concern (Vanhala, 2017). The company's objectives are to integrate the sources and generate the paper talks according to the limited environment and techniques. This was justified and proven by Manjeet because she loves over the process and overall auditing files.
Governing Body
The board of governors, which Manjeeta is a part of it, has shown more concern about how it has been managed over the past decade. Without Ravi's influence, the NGO's founder, the whole method would be terminated due to legalities. It is part of good governance, which has led the NGO to new heights and achieve great goals and objectives. As part of the developed concerns, Manjeeta was satisfied with how it was being run now and with the board.
Fundraising Strategies
Manjeet has not identified the perfect strategies for fundraising. Still, she stayed focused on how the donations were supported by the big industries and companies looking forward to green investments and environmental promotion.
Early Education for Every Child (www.eeecf.org)
The education system globally has been weakened due to the uncertain scenario and situations for children. The early education concept provides support for every child to address the education system's problems and fill the loopholes. This generates strong interest in the Non-Government Organization. Early Education for every child provides dynamic support and a system that must be handled correctly, and that would generate supportive criteria for the whole situation. The concept of the Early Education for every child came from the caregivers and parents who are focused to make out of the way efforts for the children who are unfortunate enough for not receiving proper Education (Meyer, et al., 2019).
The direction of support is focused on providing collaborative growth opportunities for students and children. The African countries, specifically the North part, are centered on improper Education and system being adequate. This does not help the overall capacity to be managed under the right conditions. The early Education for every child foundation was also known as the Brill Kids Foundation before, but the impact has been the same, and the focus of the entire team has not changed.
The attention is brought around the collective opportunity with respectful and engaging children and adults alike. The cognition and potential for children is the area of expertise being defined according to the Early child education systems. The concept has revolved around the understanding of procedures of mentioning quality control. The NGO has been able to live up with the standards of global needs and create a diverse environment for children and their focus on potential (Devereaux, 2017). This supports and provides the collaborative environment and opportunity for the Early Education for Every Child Foundation to develop and shape children's futures to live a better and harmonious life.
Mission Statement
“Believes that parents and caregivers can make a tremendous impact through helping children fulfill their innate potential while ensuring that the learning process remains fun, engaging, and respectful to children and adults alike.”
According to Natalia Brook, this generates the possibility of understanding the right concern, who is the president and director of the foundation. According to her, the mission statement is focused on providing the collective opportunity for the children.
Services
Natalia was persistent on the reliability of the services and options focused on it, "The services are based and required to be understood on a large scale as the Early Education for Every Child is aimed towards growth and practice." The importance of services is based on the directions being made for the technology-based education system and funding the schools and Education worldwide. This directs the options to be limited not only for educational purposes but also for the overall system and character building so that students could direct their way (Bartenge, 2017). The support would direct the measures for every child that needs educational support, according to Natalia.
Annual Budget
Although Natalia was not obliged to tell about the annual budget and other figures, she gave an idea about how it was focused on providing support to the foundation. The annual budget has been estimated to be around $20 million that is divided into different sections. The overall budget and capacity vary according to the usage, and this depends on the fund's allocation and transfer of the right approach. The importance of the donations is defined while the annual budget is decided, which supports the claim on the direction of usage.
Source of Funds
The option to choose and limit the utilization of funds, the donors are based on several organizations supporting the company blindly. This relies on the conditions to be met according to the specified environment and link the overall growth opportunity to be identified with the limited approach. The source of funds must create a limited risk environment and develop the marketing approach according to the allocation.
Methods of Accountability
Natalia said, "Our donors trust our accountability concerns, which is why we are running big projects worldwide." Accountability is also a part of managing resources so that the misuse does not happen. The NGO's finance head is focused on reducing the auditing costs, which is why an internal auditor is hired that supports the overall system and directs the behavior accordingly. Options are based on the governance being managed according to the positive approach and accountability methods.
Governing Body
"Our governance structure is based on the volunteering services," Natalia insisted. The NGO structure can direct the rules and regulations, but the focus remains on how core values are defined accordingly. Connections of the governing body are utilized with the nature of positioned method and linkages developed for children to get direct support. The support is necessary to maintain and generate strong resources out of governance.
Fundraising Strategies
The marketing department supports the fundraising approach of Early Education for Every Child, which involves the established control on the opportunity. The utilization of social media is part of the company. That is the biggest way to show how their donors are doing in helping the educational purposes being met for every child.
Conclusion
With the help of studying both Non-Government Organizations, Early Education for Every Child is more advanced and integrated. This creates support for my unique method, which can direct the behaviors accordingly. The overall intention for the education approach is my personal favorite as well. The operations being run globally support the stance and directs the behavior of children. Collective learning and growth opportunities are measured within the constructive environment and provide support to the children. This would be able to help the children around the world who want to grow with better Education. In conclusion, the early education for every child is being well managed than Earth Saviors foundation.
