Read Sections I (The Problem) and II (The Method) in the book “Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement without Giving In” (GTY) by Fisher, Ury, & Patton.  Identify THREE insights that resonate with you and for which you want to set personal goals. For each of these three insights, you will write three paragraphs as outlined below. Thus, the assignment will have a total of 9 paragraphs (approximately 2 pages in length). It should be single-spaced (not 1.15 or larger) with blank lines between paragraphs. 

Identify and discuss three personal insights related to Getting to Yes. Each insight should be at least three paragraphs as explained here: (1) The firstparagraph about the insights clearly indicates what point from the book is being referenced and accurately summarizes it in your own words. (2) The secondparagraph links that point to your personal tendencies, strengths, or weaknesses, and these should be discussed in some depth. (3) The third paragraph should link the insight to a goal that you will pursue during the course this semester.  Be as specific about the goal and indicate the steps you will take to achieve it.
