Task 4.3: Liaise with stakeholders

Create your email to your line manager. Include:

What were the issues?

What solutions are you proposing?

To: LINE MANAGER

Subject: TEAM ISSUES

E-mail: Good morning, Line Manager,

Hope this email finds you well.

In this email, I'd like to bring your attention to certain difficulties that have arisen inside the sales department. I feel that the most significant problem is communication; the majority of team members are aware of their responsibilities and believe that they do not need to speak with one another, which is unacceptable since it makes the whole team's job more difficult. A communication strategy, as well as team training in effective and pleasant communication, were among the initiatives I had in mind.

If you have any further question or concern, feel free to contact me at

any time.

Kind regards,

Team Member.

Assume your line manager replies with the following:

To: [email protected]

Subject: Re: Solutions to the issues

E-mail: Hey student,

Thank you for your e-mail. Line management would like the team to start using a new software application to help the team collaborate. You have approval to purchase a subscription to a collaboration tool such as Dropbox, OneDrive or any tool that suits the context, and to implement it.

Hope that helps.

Kind Regards,

Line Manager

Develop an email to the team to explain the decision and provide the team with details about the change including when it will be implemented.

Create an email to your team. Include:

What was the decision line management informed you of?

When will this change occur?

How will it affect the team?

To: SALES TEAM MEMBERS

Subject: COMMUNICATION PLAN AND TRAINING

E-mail: Good morning team,

Hope you are all well.

I'm sending you this email to inform you that I intend to implement a correspondence plan and that I'm putting plans in place to improve this ability because I believe we have a communication gap in our group, which is critical to achieving the organization's goals. I appreciate your time and consideration.

Feel free to contact me at any time if you have any further question

or concern.

Kind regards,

Team Member.

Presentation

Schedule a meeting with the relevant stakeholders and prepare a short presentation. The meeting should last for at least 15 minutes

Your presentation should contain an overview of how the project is going.

Establishing open communication processes with diverse stakeholders ● Address unresolved issues, concerns and problems raised by stakeholders ● Demonstrate effective communication skills including:

Speaking clearly and concisely

Using non-verbal communication to assist with understanding

Asking questions to identify required information

Responding to questions as required

Using active listening techniques to confirm understanding.

Insert the presentation as a Google drive link below:

Ask for feedback from relevant stakeholders and take notes. Transfer this information to the table below.

Liaising with stakeholders

How can a manager establish open

communication

processes with stakeholders?

What unresolved issues, concerns and problems needs to be communicated to stakeholders?

An administrator may establish open communication measures with partners by doing the following:

· Being straightforward.

· Respect for every single worker

· Fix head-on issues.

· Being receptive

· Getting to know them at an individual level.

Because we can't be sure what's going on in the group, we need to talk openly and honestly with our coworkers so they can offer us some feedback and possible solutions. Issues may include, but are not limited to, not utilizing an online sales platform, not exhibiting, or not working with other businesses.

Applying feedback

What feedback did you receive from the stakeholders?

How did you address their concerns?

As a result of our efforts and the difficulties we've encountered, our partners were able to provide us with an answer concerning enrolling in a creative writing class. Some of our activity designs and results were a little unsophisticated, so we were asked to make some adjustments.

The team lead will decide important instructional classes and furnish partners with preparing costs.
