RECOMMENDATION
WHAT MOTIVATES OUR EMPLOYEES ?
Rewarding those who exemplary perform their duties will greatly motivate the employees. They will thereby perform their tasks with diligence and commitment.
Information should always flow downwards. This is to mean the managers should communicate with their employees. This will create a good rapport and promote employee effectiveness at work.

SUPPORTING THE RECOMMENDATION
Motivated employees can lead to increased productivity and allow an organization to achieve higher levels of output. Having an employee who is not motivated at work will implore them to look for another job.
An employee’s efficiency is not based on their qualifications but rather by their satisfaction at work.
Satisfaction at work gives employees the willingness to attend to the patients. Therefore, motivated employees will always put in their best effort in the tasks that they are assigned to in the hospital and will be more committed to their duties.

CONCLUSION
Employees are a great force to the organization. It is therefore important that they are kept motivated to their duties. Services provided will become outstanding and praised by many patients that will be attended to at the hospital. This will consequently lead to the organization being highly recognized and ranked among the best.
