Learning Objectives for my Practicum Hours

I will work with other professionals in and out of the healthcare facility to model plans of how to effectively utilize the nursing information system and the electronic health record system for the benefit of patient care. To achieve this purpose, I will investigate the main reasons for failures of the EHR, and look into ways that nurses can be trained, encouraged, and empowered to use the NIS and EHR to increase efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to patients.

Objective One

I plan to demonstrate the ability to understand the facts, purpose, and importance of the use of information technology in improving the quality of care of the patient by inferring, exemplifying, interpreting, comparing, categorizing, recapping and describing its main concepts

Objective Two

To solve the many issues in new conditions that may emerge at the hospital, I attend for my practicum by using obtained skills, expertise, ability and rules differently, with the assistance of my preceptor

Objective Three
