building an organization
Sheet2
| 4) In order to provide top notch education there needs to be flexibility between the two schools, Drucker and CGU, in order to have concentrated focus on their specific types of students. With the current structure there are many overlaps and many different policies that prevent the two organizations to work effectively. Our new structure splits the two just enough to allow that flexiblity and only share in the middle the administrative elements. Our structure is a combination of lateral and vertical integration which allows both groups to have authority in their respective manners in order to have a tailored experience for their students. Having administration elements shared will make it easiers for students to get what they need and bring together all students through campus events. |
| 5) One of the biggest dilemmas is brand recognition because out in the world people know CGU more than they know Drucker. Drucker is being shadowed by CGU which is making it harder for potential students in the market to know about Drucker. Our structure allows that "flexiblity" to create your own stand alone name that is no longer shadowed. From personal experience, as we network with industry professionals many people recognize the name CGU more than they recognize Drucker name. |
