Needs statements goals and objectives

In this paper, there will be a discussion regarding the final project, the part associated with writing down of the grant. This part is made up of the likes of goals, needs statements and the objectives. The focus in the paper will be on the idea of a grant proposal. The data included in the article will be about the concept of a proposed project related to abuse of an elder necklace. The focus in the paper will be mainly on the aspect of needs statement that will seek to enlighten the audience on the element of the reason as to why the project needs to have enough funding and creation. The needs assessment can be defined to mean an idea that is considered to have aspects of a systematic approach that is obliged with the definition, analysis and the evaluation of the problem. The needs statement can be utilized for the expression of the intervention. Also, it can be associated with the meaning of an education system that has been developed for the target needs that is specified.

Needs statement

About different defining and having the basis of information that has aspects of being in line with statistical data. It is related to issues and points of all adults in the range of being within the age bracket of 60 and 65; a specified adult experience has formed the basis that has been an aspect of abuse. The creation of an alert necklace has made the presence of an assumption associated to elements of the number that have been under-reporting in concern to damage associated to abuse for the adults to under a decrease with extreme levels of impact. The goal of the project is to come up with an ability that will help in the creation of funding that will assist in the creation and development of an alert necklace for the elderly in the community as a society. The product forms the project will help in the institution of the idea associated with the issues of creation of more space for the adult who is elderly in society and has been victims of several cases of abuse and has the chance to undertake reports associated with their injury. (Gitlin, et al. 2014). The announcement will be made to places like hospitals, emergency personnel working within the medical industry as well as social services. For the project to have the ability to acquire the needed funding, then there will be the need for the project to have a grant proposal that will be sent out to the agencies they will be associated with working along with the older adults daily. These are inclusive of the likes of daycare and rehabilitation centres.

Goal one

Within the project, the initial goals are concerned with getting an increase in the programs suited to the convention of abuse on elderly adults. This is to be undertaken in the local areas as well as the high target areas within the society. These goals within the project will create space that will help in the creation of a chance for the local agencies to get the ability to have more in terms of the awareness education within the locations which have been impacted by the cases of elderly abuse in high numbers. Their programs associated with the issues of prevention will have the ability to showcase the data on the levels of impact and seriousness on the abuse associated to the elderly as well as show the criminal charges that will be made against the damage. Also, there will be another program for prevention that will be made up of question and answers awareness sessions. Such a program will assist the community and the victims to have a chance to get answers to a problem that will need to seek answers from the professionals. This will be done in a safe atmosphere.

Objective 1(a)

Under the proposed project, there is a diverse objective that is within the goals that need to be met for the actualization of the project. There is a need for the project to have enough instance of the reports from the elders who have undergone the cases of abuse. This is to happen within the 80 days of the elder abuse who have had the necklace with them. Under the objective, the goals are to make the researchers have the ability to make sure the adults who have been abused have seen some benefits that come about from the necklaces that have been developed.

Objective 1 (b)

The second objective will be aligned to the idea of getting an increase to the overall, and the endless number of the reports they are associated with elder abuse instances happening annually.

Evaluation criteria

There is a need to have a way that will be applied for the easement of the ideas within the goal. tHere will be the undertaking of assessment by the utilization of the ideology of a comparison between the statistical data that has been collected for the previous days. The main aim under the idea will be associated and geared towards the idea of getting to be aware of how the necklace has been functioning. There will be more space for the researchers to have a better platform for the comparison of the instances of repeating and gauges to see if the numbers in the cases of elderly abuse have been on the rise or they have been in the decrease upon the implementation of the necklace for use. Under this instance, there will be no need to have the approval of the ideas. The data comparison will be made through various stages ranging from the midpoint, beginning to the end of the project. There is the probability for the number to be suspected to be lower within the initial phase since the reports made are few; however, the general idea is to get a solution to0 the abuse of elderly. There is a need to witness a rise in the case of reports.

Goal 2

Under the project, the second gold is associated with the idea of making sure the elderly are getting the best benefits that will come by for the application of the and the usage of the necklaces. The individual will get to be allocated a chain and also will be the best training on the manner they will be applied for the usage of the necklace. The main idea here is to get the elderly alert the agency located locally on issues and cases of abuse.

Objective 2 (a)

Under the case in this goal, the main objective will be associated with the idea of making sure that the elderly get to be matched with the workers who are present within the adult protective services. This is supposed to happen within the first two days after the first case has been reported. (National Council on Aging,2018).

Objective 2 (b)

The second objective is associated with the aspect of measuring the affected or the victims has been allocated to and getting a match to the resources like the groups for the support that needs to happen in the first month after a report has been made.

Evaluation criteria

This goal has a measurable goal that will be measured by the caseworker report concerned with the follow-up. There will be more space for the researchers to have the ability to get an understanding of the time taken for the caseworkers to get first contacts with the affected .there will need to have approval. Data will be compared, starting from the initial data set, through the midpoint to the endpoint whereby there will be an analysis of the data. Suspicion will be on the idea that the caseworker could get into contact with the affected within the shortest time possible. With time then that will be lesser contact with the victim, and there will also be no need to have contact with the victim. The caseworker will make a referral for the victim.

Goals 3

The final goals for the idea will have to be the idea of making sure the abused don’t get back to their abusers.

Objective 3 (a)

There is a need for the project to make sure that the abused victims don’t go back to the abuser. There is a need to remain in a safe environment. Also, the abused can be placed within an area naturally concerned for the retirement society.

Objective 3(b)

The second proposal for the objective will be the aspect of having the ability to place the adult together with a family member that has, in the past, cared for the elderly.

Evaluation criteria

the goals that are measurable under the aspect will be along with the liens of the idea of having the ability to get a measurement of the abused level of happiness. However, the gauge for the measure can be taken and understood to be invalid. This is because of the issue whereby the idea of the victim getting to recall the ordeal might not be healthy. Such can cause the victim to get uneasy with the atmosphere created by the plan. There is a need for the approval of the concept. There will be a comparison for the data from the starting data to the endpoint and undertaking analysis of the data. There will be a suspicion that with time passage then the level of happiness will increase and the endpoint will be total satisfaction.
