WEEK 7 NEED ASSESSMENT PART II

Part II: Administration of the Needs Assessment- How will you collect the data

The population that participated in the study was two 8 years old second graders students diagnosed with ADHD from a K-12 Elementary school that has required to do distance learning at home due to COVID-19. With the assessment implementation, I was seeking to identify the function of the problem behaviors during distance lessons and collect information that support the further use of interventions to increasing on-task behavior during distance learning time in these students.

The assessment was proctored on the week of May 3rd to May 9th, 2020 during regular school days (Monday 4th to Friday 8th, 2020). It took place at the home of each student during time they were engaged in distance learning. I decided to divide the week according to the instruments that I was to use to proctor my assessment:

· Monday 4th: Applying QABF to caregivers

· Tuesday 5th: Applying Questionnaire to students

· Wednesday 6th: Doing ABC recording and taking Baseline

· Thusrday 7th: Doing ABC recording and taking Baseline

· Friday 8th: Doing ABC recording and taking Baseline
