Abstract
The Nation state insurance organization is one of the main insurance organization in US, having a worldwide impersonal presence as well as commercial insurance. Jane Denton was newly appointed as the global CIO of the Nation state Insurance who has a mission of transforming the IT through the introduction of cutting edge technologies that as a leader she trust that the development work which will be more flexible and agile. This paper will focus on the case study of this company. The paper will present the advantages and the cost of the organization establishing the enterprise-wide architecture. The paper will also address the strategy that Seamus that the company should implement to move forward for the wide architecture.

There is need for the Nation state Insurance to change a legacy for both the automated and manual fragmented company application, process and structures to the integrated environment having the improved processes that are receptive towards transformation. Aside from fostering the shared vision as well as enabling the
business to achieving the development on the standard possibilities connected to the future, when also conveying enterprise strategy solutions flexibly and rapidly, the architecture need to be incorporated. This architecture consist of diverse advantages that incorporate the aptitude to enable cost-savings positively which leads to the return on Investment substantially. The mini-strategies focus on the standardization of the technology based on the efficiencies, and technical risk
minimization, high-cost systems along with multiple parallel programs reduction in place of implementing a dingle workflow program that further improves on the cost-savings.
