Cash Disbursement (0, 1)- Manager (0, N)
In this relationship, we post the manager ID away from the manager table into the cash disbursement table. Each cash disbursement can have at least no manager and at most one manager to make signature. Each manager can have at least no cash disbursement or at most many cash disbursement, because manager will sign or authorize multiple payments at once.

Master Inventory
Our inventory consists of the most popular Jerseys from MLB, NBA, NFL and NSL. Every product has its unique characteristic such as sport, color, size, player etc. This table consists of the following fields: Item Id which is our Primary Key for this table, Sports Id (FK), Player Name, Team (FK), Size (FK), Color, Standard Cost, Retail Price, Quantity, and Picture. This table is really helpful because we can see how much inventory we have on hand at this point in time, we have the description of each product which makes it easy to classified, we can also compare the retail price to the standard cost and look up inventory with the Item ID to see how much inventory we have for that specific product.

Queries
All Major League Baseball Jerseys
This query was created in order to display all the jerseys that we currently have on hand that are associated with the MLB. Queries of this nature are nice because they provide us with a lot of generic information that pertains to our inventory. It is important for us to know the state of our inventory for each sport at all times; however, this query provides more use to us during the spring and summer when baseball is in full affect. We tend to have a higher demand for these jerseys during these seasons.

FORMS
Acquisition/Payment document
This is the main manual for all the documents related to the acquisition/payment process in the Jersey Fanatics database. These documents include debit memo, disbursement check, purchase order document, return packing list, and request to return, receiving report, purchase requisition, and disbursement voucher. As the picture shows about, each buttons is designed to bring the employee to the desired document that is necessary to process the purchasing cycle. For example, if the employee clicks the debit memo button, it directs him/her to the debit memo document to fill out the information. All buttons are designed to function as the descriptions indicate on the button.
This graph indicates the sum of average profit dollar amount of each sport jersey that is sold. The y-axis shows the average gross profit per shirt for each jersey. The x-axis shows each sport jersey that we have sold. According to this graph, the average gross profit per MLB jersey is about 40.00 dollars. The average gross profit per shirt for NBA jersey is about 66.00 dollars. The profit per shirt for NFL jersey is about 43 dollars. The average profit per shirt for NSL is about 20.00 dollars. Consequently, NBA jerseys yields the highest profit in our store, so we will hold a meeting with the company executives to determine how to max out the profit on NBA jerseys.

REPORTS
All Chicago Jersey
All Chicago Jerseys report shows all the Chicago jerseys that we have available in our store as of November 29, 2011. In this report we have the teams name, the players name, the picture of the item, the Item ID, the size, the color, the retail price, the standard cost, and the quantity that we have available in our stores. And at the end of the jerseys of each team we have a subtotal retail price for that section. The report also gives us the total retail price of all the jerseys that we are expected to gain and we were able to get this total by using the formula =Sum(RetailPrice).
