For this essay, you will write a narrative on one of the five topics:

·       Your worst (or best) day on the job

·       A moment that led to a significant decision in your life 

·       Meeting someone new or losing someone special 

·       A memorable childhood experience 

·       Using a photo that is meaningful to you, write a narrative about the photo (ex. what happened, who is in it, why it matters to you)

Your narrative should have the following: 

·       A clear purpose (including a thesis)

·       An identified time and place 

·       A consistent point of view

·       Consistent verb tenses

·       Details and sensory appeal

·       A logical sequence

·       A thought-provoking conclusion 

The final paper should be approximately 750 words.
