NEW WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING MANUAL

PRESENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AS EITHER A .PPT, .PPTX, OR .GLSLIDES. (THOSE ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE FORMATS.)

Congratulations, you have just been promoted and named the Training Manager of XYZ Department Store. You are tasked with creating the PowerPoint training presentation for the newly hired CSWs. These CSWs will be the go-to people the customers will interact with whether it’s face-to-face, via phone, or online. (A training manager designs and implements training programs, policies, and procedures. They ARE NOT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS.)

The presentation should cover ALL of the RELEVANT key learnings that have been previously covered in this course either through your readings or assignments to adequately prepare the new hires for their role.

The presentation should:

Have 1,000 to 1,250 words in TOTAL (DO NOT EXCEED 2,000 words).

Use as many slides as you like.

Utilize a minimum of 24 font for EVERY SLIDE. 

INCLUDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF WORDS ON THE OPENING SLIDE. (PowerPoint will add them for you).

DO NOT use Transitions since I can't grade it in presentation mode.

It should be CREATIVE, ORGANIZED, CLEAR, and PROFESSIONAL. Remember this should be created as you are actually going to give the presentation to the recently hired employees.
