In one year my goal is to become the director of the Young Child Education Organization (YCEO). The organization deals with developing child education in the humble states of the United States of America. To acquire this position, I will be required to have sufficient knowledge and skills that it takes to have an effective team working towards empowering children’s education.

My leadership skills training and development goals for the next one to two years are to learn to be an effective team player so as to easily co-work with the managers of the organization, the second one is to acquire good communication skills including being an effective listener. The third one is to develop good delegation skills to be able to assign the right people the right responsibilities to acquire the best results and the last one is to have a vast knowledge of the internal environment of the organization. These will include organizational leadership, organizational climate and team composition among others.
