Your Overall Intensity: High (95)
Your Intensity Level is HIGH. The Intensity score reveals the strength, energy and passion shown in communication. The higher the Intensity score, the higher the drive to communicate. High Intensity is often an indication of someone who will fight for their opinion to be considered and to exercise control, (whether directly or indirectly) and will do more to maintain communication and relationships. They may also be more prone to conflict. High Intensity persons tend to draw attention, which can create an image of an individualistic personality. Lower Intensity scores indicate those who generally do not compete to be heard, although they may have valuable contributions to make and are sometimes overlooked or ignored. The chart above gives your intensity on each language as well as your overall intensity.
Language Intensity
Each Life Language has it’s own individual intensity. The strength of the intensity score reveals the level of energy for that specific Life Language. In the final anaylsis, overall intensity score is more of a determinant on the forcefulness of an individual’s communication.
Gap
Gap is the distance between two different Life Languages. We measure the gap between the nearest two Life Languages. The greater the gap, the more effort it takes to move from one Life Language to the other. The smaller the gap, the easier it is to move between the two Life Languages.
Your Accumulated Range: Moderate
Your RANGE SCORE is considered MODERATE. The RANGE GAP between your primary and secondary language scores is considered MODERATE. Range is the difference between your Primary and Seventh Life Languages. A high or low score is neither better nor worse, though very meaningful. A High Range means that the individual tends to stand out in his or her Primary language and has a more definable behavior and communication style; however, that individual may have more difficulty communicating with those who speak his or her weaker languages.A Low Range may mean that the individual tends to communicate easily with all the languages, but may be less predictable and understandable to others, and sometimes even to themselves. The failure to understand range is one of the primary causes of communication difficulties. You will also want to look at the range (gap) between each language and how the range increases with each descending language to give you the above score.

Responder Summary – Emotive Category
As a High Responder you will typically display the major characteristics of compassion, passion, sensitivity, warmth, protectiveness, rescuing, multifaceted, and creative.
You possess very valuable strengths that are needed in today's hurting world. You are often a peacemaker and thrive in relationships that are free of conflict. If there is conflict or strife, you generally and automatically look for peaceful ways to intervene and bring reconciliation both at home and work. This quality can make you a good
negotiator. You may tend to seek “peace at all costs” even at the expense of your own personal comfort. Your main desire is to prevent others from being hurt. Your Passion is to please and protect others. This
makes you available, loyal, and supportive to your friends.
In general, you innately look for the best in people and are surprised when someone does not live up to your expectations. Healthy Responders seldom look for the negatives.
A High Responder’s strongest quality is generally the ability to show compassion toward others. You are understanding, sympathetic, tender-hearted, and comforting. You are known to many as a caring friend and you share with others in both their happiness and grief; helping others recover from their hurts. Relationships are important and you are willing to put forth the effort needed to make them work. You genuinely reach out with your heart to touch the heart of another.
High Responders typically demonstrate love openly more than the other Life Languages. You can be warm, loving, affectionate, romantic, and passionate with others - especially those significant to you. It is very natural for you to show affection to people you know well and probably even to those you don’t know well. You might hug, pat someone on the back, and reach out and touch their arm or hand as you are talking. No doubt you have learned to temper this tendency, especially in the workplace, being wise so as to avoid misunderstandings.
You tend to have an amazing instinctive ability to sense the feelings, mood, and attitude of others. You can perceive when others are up or down, sad or happy. This sensitivity equips you to respond appropriately to their varied needs, especially when they are emotional.
You are probably quite creative. Your creativity may be more of an interest and appreciation. But should you develop it, you might be joyfully surprised at the result. Responders are often successful in the arts.
Paradoxically, Responders are also often successfully in contact sports such as boxing, football, tennis, etc. Both require a great deal of energy, passion, and focus.
It is important for Responders to be aware that there may be a tendency in others to assume that, because you readily express feelings and emotions, you are not as strong as those who do not. The opposite is true. It takes a strong and confident person to choose to openly and transparently demonstrate love, tenderness, and compassion to others. Responders are strong enough to be gentle.

As a High Responder you tend to approach life, people, and circumstances with your feelings. Your kinetic and cognitive responses follow. Although this may frustrate those who are more action oriented, logical and practical, do not let them affect your confidence and awareness that you are multi-faceted, multi-talented with unlimited potential.
An interesting and unique thing about Responders is that when Responder is your first Life Language and the second Life Language is close, the Responder Language can be somewhat transparent and allow the second Life Language to shine through. Because of this, others may relate to you though your second Language and see that more clearly than your first.
You can be a great leader because others sense you care deeply for them and they trust you. As a leader you will take care of your employees or followers, being protective and supportive of them.
Of all the seven LIFE Languages,™ High Responders possibly have the greatest potential for good because they care so deeply for others. Celebrate the fact that you are caring, sensitive, warm, protective, compassionate, rescuing, multi-faceted, and passionate about life and others. You truly are awesome!
The Responder Icon
Each icon reveals the story of that Life Language. You will see the characteristics designed within the picture. If the icon was all you had, you could study it and understand a great deal about the particular communication style of that Life Language.
■ Name – The way the name in the icon is illustrated suggests how a person experiences relationships and career. The Responder name wraps around the icon just as Responders typically wrap themselves around the important things and people in their lives. Important relationships and causes are a passion to a Responder. They function best if their career is something they can believe in and embrace.
■ Category – In the center of the Responder Icon is a Red Heart representing feelings and the emotive category.
■ Hand – The extended hand represents the Responder's desire to reach out to others with compassion and help ease their pain, especially emotional pain. Responders are typically more willing to personally ask for help, should they need it.
■ Quill and Pen – Under the extended hand is the Quill and Pen, which symbolizes the creativity of Responders. More music, poetry, art, literature, architecture, dances, and so forth are created by speakers of the two Emotive Languages, one of which is the Responder. Responders who have not developed artistic abilities almost without exception are aficionados and appreciators of creativity.
■ Diamond – The Diamond represents the multi-faceted nature of the Responder and the potential for being or becoming a gem of great value. Responders need others to believe in them and to help them find and achieve their awesome potential.
■ Lines or Strings – The lines in the Diamond are symbolic of both musical strings and heart strings symbolizing that Responders may wear their hearts on their sleeves.

■ Goal Posts – The Goal Posts at the top of the icon represent the Responders’ ability to be very goal- oriented. A person, project, or job that touches their heart deeply can lead them to be passionately energized. This is why they are often great at sports, especially contact sports, tennis, etc. all symbolized by goal posts.
■ Flags – The Flags on top of the goal posts are blowing two different ways, symbolizing flexibility or changing their minds.
■ Color – The Primary Color of the icon, which symbolizes the Responder characteristics, is "Deep Feeling" Purple (or Violet).

Filter “Do you really care?”

Key Character Strength Compassion
Filter Each Life Language has an internal filter screening incoming and outgoing communication. This internal filter is like wearing colored glasses. Responder’s Color is "Deep Feeling" Purple (Violet), so imagine that you see the world through that color’s sensitive filter. The Responder's Filter is, “Do you really care?” Responders tend to look and listen to determine if others genuinely care about them, others and the things they care about. A more positive approach could be to choose a conscious paradigm shift, turning the filter question in to a filter statement of celebration that sends the message to others, “I care about you”.
Need From Others: Unconditional Acceptance Each Life Language has needs that can be met through personal and professional relationships. Responders feel loved, valued, and motivated by receiving Unconditional Acceptance from those in their lives. In the presence of Unconditional Acceptance, Responders are motivated to activate their Passion To Please. In an environment without much “Acceptance”, remember the most important person to receive this from is you. Believe in yourself and explore your great potential.
Passion: To Please and Protect Passion is the spark that makes your life worth living. Each Life Language has a Passion that motivates and gives direction to their communication style. The Responder's Passion is two-fold: To Please and Protect (And sometimes part of protecting is rescuing). This is a gift that makes you sensitive to others and a wonderful friend, employee or employer. These desire make you a force of strength, especially concerning those you care about.
Key Character Strength - Compassion Each Life Language has many character strengths, but there is one that is the primary or Key Character Strength and generally most pronounced in that person. The Key Character Strength for Responder is Compassion. Compassion is defined as, “A feeling of deep sympathy for another, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.” Responder's energy and compassion to those they know and even to complete strangers, comes from their intense Compassion. Though speakers of all the seven LIFE Languages™ can show compassion, none do it as consistently and powerfully as the Responder.
Responder Needs for Success

The following Trait and Habit are indispensable to a Responder’s overall success in life.
ESSENTIAL TRAIT (ET): Cultivate Responsibility A trait is “a distinguishing characteristic or personal quality.” Each Life Language has an Essential Trait that is vital to the success of that Life Language. It is important for this trait to be developed and safeguarded in order for you to succeed.
The Essential Trait of a Responder is Cultivate Responsibility, especially to time and schedules. Responders tend to live in the present, being "here and now" people. Responsibility is shown when you can postpone urgent needs (or instant gratification) in order to take care of the truly important and meet prior commitments. Demonstrating the Essential Trait of Responsibility will enhance your relationship and success.
SUCCESS HABIT (SH): Professionalize, Don’t Personalize A Habit is: “An acquired behavioral pattern regularly followed until it has become automatic.” Each Life Language has a needed Success Habit that, as it is developed, will demonstrate maturity, healthy character and make a positive difference in your personal and professional life. The Success Habit for Responders is, “Professionalize, Don’t Personalize.” Responders, may take things personally, even things not directed to them or specifically about them. Responders also can choose to not take things personally. Professionals generally look at things objectively rather than emotionally. Ask yourself, "How would a professional respond to this?” Another question, "Is this about me and my behavior, or another’s issues or communication style?" Pondering these questions brings objectivity and cognitiveness into your feelings. Often others are just acting according to their LIFE Languages,™ perhaps even their distress levels, and it has nothing to do with you. Developing or maintaining this Success Habit will insure success in your personal and professional relationships.
Career Information
Responder Leadership Style Every Life language can be a leader, but each does it differently. One Life Language’s Leadership Style is not more important or more successful than any other. There are seven LIFE Languages™ and there are seven different Leadership Styles.
Responders are Compassionate leaders who place great importance on the well being of those under their leadership. They are passionate about causes or goals, and are relentless in their pursuits. They typically embrace teamwork and like to get the thoughts and feelings of those under their leadership. Successful leaders hire people to fill and cover the weaknesses of the leader and to the strengths of each of the seven LIFE Languages,™ so as not to over duplicate themselves. Responders do this very effectively due to their heightened awareness of those around them.
Cultural Philosophy Responder’s Cultural Leadership Philosophy: “We have a job to accomplish so let’s support and take care of each other as we achieve mutual goals; building success on each other’s known strengths.”
Responders as Employees Responders as Employees: Responders can also make great employees and generally work tirelessly, if they feel appreciated and believe in the company, cause and person. Their Passion is "To Please and Protect” (and rescue). It is important for them to get continuous feedback that they are doing their job well, and their employer is pleased. They handle compassionate constructive criticism if they feel the deliverer cares for them personally.

Influencer Summary – Emotive Category
As a High Influencer, you tend to be creative, optimistic, relational, persuasive, enthusiastic, diplomatic, encouraging, and intuitive. You are naturally optimistic, look for positive life examples, and are motivated by positive relationships, thoughts, and situations. You are usually not a “status quo” person, nor do you tend to cling to the past. Rather, you are forward thinking. You look forward to the next phase of your life and generally believe that you have more to look forward to than to look back upon.
As an Influencer, relationships are extremely important to you, and people are usually much more important than possessions or accomplishments. You are sociable and therefore like interactive relationships and good communication. Because communication is easy for you, most people are comfortable with you, and you can easily draw others into conversations.
You are likely very verbally skilled. You tend to organize your words and edit your thoughts, ideas, and feelings continuously as you are talking. Often you are not even aware of what you are going to say until you say it, but because you are highly intuitive and mentally agile, you pull this off very well. Influencers access both their feelings and thinking processes very rapidly. This causes you to have a logical dimension to understand others, sum up a situation, and see necessary steps of action. Those who only see Influencers as life’s “cheer leaders” may miss the wisdom of their logic.
You are tactful, charming, and diplomatic. Communicating is essential to you and involves more than just words. It is the total way in which you reach out and connect with others by understanding them and being understood by them. In your eagerness to communicate, you may interrupt and complete the thoughts and sentences of others. You are comfortable expressing your thoughts, feelings, dreams, visions, ideas, love, care, and appreciation. Usually your natural ability to influence and persuade others is working in you whether you are aware of it or not.
Your optimistic nature can make you solution-oriented, automatically looking for positive solutions to life’s problems. You tend to see a problem as an opportunity to overcome and don’t often see yourself as a victim. You are basically not judgmental toward others, and will counsel, help, and encourage others as long as they seem to be trying to improve or grow.
You like to have fun and you have a good sense of humor. When you surround humdrum tasks with fun, you probably find that you are motivated to complete the tasks. It is likely important to you to have people in your life who share your good sense of humor and ability to laugh.
Influencers tend to make decisions easily and quickly. They do not waste time being undecided. You seem to automatically realize that failure to decide is a decision itself, so you make fast decisions and keep going. If it's a wrong decision you purpose to learn from it, readjust, and keep looking forward.
Influencers like cheerful people, atmospheres, and colors. You generally like to look your best, put your best foot forward, and make good impressions. You are also conscientious about the appearance of your home, office, and other environments, and enjoy demonstrating your creative flair. You have within you the ability to be creative in areas such as music, art, decorating, writing, speaking, and so forth. Your creativity may be expressed through your appreciation of the creativity of others. Whether your creativity is

developed or yet to be discovered, it is within you and you will experience great joy by finding an outlet for it.
You are interested in personal growth and development. You look for ways to improve and often are up-to- date on the latest self-help trend. While you may not study subjects in depth, you will probably know a little bit about a lot of subjects, giving you command of many "sound bites" and "buzz words." This also adds to your excellent communication skills.
If others don’t look beyond your enthusiasm to see your depth of wisdom, they will be missing a rewarding aspect of your communication style.
You are a natural networker and enjoy bringing people and groups together. You make a wonderful friend by cheering, encouraging, affirming, and inspiring others. You tend to see potential in most people and can often motivate others to achieve more than they ever thought possible. This makes you a very good leader, supervisor, friend, and companion. Because you are so relational, you are an asset to any group. You bring your creative, optimistic, enthusiastic, diplomatic skills to others, and their lives are enriched by being around you.

Influencer's color is sunny "Bright" Yellow, so imagine that you see the world through that color’s sensitive filter. The Influencer’s Filter is, “Are We Relating?” As an Influencer, being connected to others is very important to you —socially, professionally, and personally. You intuitively know how to relate to others, have excellent people skills and find people enjoyable. You focus on positive characteristics in others. Most people enjoy being around you. Influencer Needs for Success
The following trait and habit are indispensable to your overall success in life.
Essential Trait A trait is “a distinguishing characteristic or personal quality.” Each Life Language has an Essential Trait that is vital to the success of that Life Language. It is important for this trait to be developed and safeguarded in order for you to succeed.
The Influencer’s Essential Trait is to “Develop Integrity”, specifically, integrity of your word. Influencers can get caught up in the heat of the moment and may be tempted, due to their positive nature, to promise more than they can deliver. This can be simple things, such as telling someone you will meet them in 30 minutes, when it will probably be more than an hour before you can get there. At work you may promise things can be accomplished or completed sooner than they can possibly be available. Influencers can be so positive, and don't want to disappoint anyone, that they tend to tell people what they want to hear thinking they can make it happen. As an Influencer, it is vital that you develop and master this Essential Trait of Integrity. An Influencer with impeccable integrity of your word will be successful and a role model, which is greatly needed in the world today.
Success Habit A habit is “an acquired behavioral pattern regularly followed until it is almost involuntary.” Each Life Language has a specific Success Habit . As we each develop our Success Habit, our relationships and careers will benefit. For Influencers, it is “Seek to Balance Your Talking Skills with Your Listening Skills.” If you are a low intensity Influencer and/or an introvert, you may not talk enough. If you are a High Intensity Influencer and/or an Extrovert, you may talk too much. Either way, balance is needed, and will enhance your success.

Your KLLP™ indicates that you are a Moderate Contemplator. This means you will have some of the Contemplator characteristics, some of the time, and especially when you choose to access them. When life seems too busy, you can move into the peaceful and calm nature of the Moderate Contemplator.
Your reaction to most situations is determined by your higher Life Languages,™ but remember that you can access and speak the Moderate Contemplator Life Language when needed in order to connect with someone who speaks Contemplator as his or her Primary Life Language.
You may structure some of your time and protect it because even if you enjoy being social, there may be times you just pull away to be alone and refreshed.
You have good reasoning abilities. You are likely, from time to time, inquisitive and like to collect information. You are probably a life-long learner - especially of things you are interested in.
You are generally loyal to employers, employees, friends, family, and traditions. You are valuable to any organization where your skills of thinking, information gathering, loyalty, and truth are important and valued.
As a Moderate Contemplator, there may be times when you are somewhat nocturnal preferring the quite, late night hours where you can be alone with your thoughts. You may also have the unusual sense of humor that only the Contemplator has.
As you embrace this unique Life Language, you will discover that the character qualities of a Moderate Contemplator add depth and dimension to your communication style. You should be able to communicate with High Contemplators with relative ease, as you learn to recognize when others are speaking this peaceful and calm Language.
Remember as you choose to speak another’s Life Languages,™ you are showing them honor and respect and revealing that you are a person of character.

Shaper Summary – Cognitive Category
Shapers are characterized by being organized, visionary, focused, strategic, intentional and efficient. Your profile indicates you are a Moderate Shaper. This means you will have some of the Shaper leadership characteristics, some of the time, especially when you choose to access them.
You have the ability to think things through and plan for both short and long-range goals. You may not do this for every aspect of your life, but when needed, you can call upon this strategic thinking and planning ability. You probably like most things to
have a semblance of organization in your life, and you have goals for the major aspects of your life. When involved in a project or task that is important to you, you can access your Shaper ability to stay focused and efficiently use your time.
You may not seek out leadership roles, but as a Moderate Shaper you are most likely, capable of handling leadership when it is thrust upon you. When someone else is in charge, you can assist and participate, especially when that leadership is clearly defined and when there is organization.
You can express ideas clearly and easily talk about things, issues, concepts, and plans.
Shapers have an ability to pursue excellence in most all areas of their lives. Remember to activate your Moderate Shaper character qualities and learn to use them effectively to make your life more organized, focused and intentionally successful!

Producer Summary – Cognitive Category
Producers are characterized by their management skills, graciousness, responsibility, philanthropy, resourcefulness, thoughtfulness, and hospitality. Your KLLP™ Portrait indicates that you are a Moderate Producer. This means that you will have some of the Producer characteristics some of the time, probably by choice and often without too much effort.
Resourcefulness is a strong character strength of Producers, and, as a Moderate Producer, you can be “creatively resourceful” when you choose to be, at times surprising even yourself. Moderate Producers rise to the occasion and become
valuable managers with a balanced management style.
The dissenting order of your Life Languages, the situation, and circumstances determine your generosity with money and resources. However, as a Moderate Producer, you may be selectively generous with your resources. Although you may not always look for the best buys, there will be times when you refuse to purchase something unless it is a quality product at a bargain price. Healthy Producers tend to be grateful for what they have, and treat both people and things with respect and care.
Generally in a marriage, the spouse who scores the highest in Producer is the one who gives direction to the finances, typically making good financial decisions. If that is not the case with you, remember that as a Moderate Producer, you do have it within yourself to develop this ability.
Only about three percent (3%) of those who have taken the KLLP™ speak Producer as their Primary Life Language. This is about the same percentage of the population that retires with financial dignity.
When you are speaking your Moderate Producer you can be quite responsible, hospitable and thoughtful. Of all the Life Languages, Producers manage their lives well, seem to have sufficiency, and live and give in abundance. Celebrate the fact that you are a Moderate Producer and can choose to speak this well- rounded, resourceful and gracious Life Language when you choose to!

Mover Summary – Kinetic Category
Movers are characterized by being direct, assertive, pioneering, having integrity, courage, passion, are persuasive, intuitive, protective and a standard bearer. Your KLLP™ indicates you are a Moderate Mover. This means that you will have some of the Mover characteristics, some of the time, especially when you choose to access them.
Moderate Movers can be direct and assertive when the need arises. You are probably physically and mentally agile and alert. When the situation calls for it, you
are ready to move into action.
You have strong convictions and standards in most areas of your life. The inner character and motives of others are important to you. You attempt not to ask or require more of others than you require of yourself. The higher your Mover score is, the more of a risk taker and innovator you will be. You are good at expressing your beliefs, desires, and opinions, as well as putting them into action. When you believe in something, you have both the inclination and the ability to get involved. When needed, you can take charge or lead.
Because you can be assertive when you choose to be, you may find yourself occasionally impatient with those who are slower to act or make decisions.
There are times when you are a visionary who can be innovative and bold. And when it is important to you, you can show courage for the things and people you care about. You have many of the excellent Mover characteristics, which will serve you well on your road to success in life.

Your Seventh Life Language: Doer 32 (Low) KendallLife Languages Profile™
HIMAY PATEL- 03/29/2019 ©Life Languages Institute, Inc. Page19
Doers are characterized by being dedicated, observant, diligent, practical, efficient, and responsible. Your KLLP™ indicates that you score Low in Doer. This means you will generally have the Doer characteristics that you choose to develop, rather than as a natural ability. As needed, you can express the Doer characteristics because you have chosen to exercise them. Usually Low Doers are not naturally very detailed-minded, in a practical way, or continuously involved in busy, pragmatic, hands-on work. Although you no doubt are diligent in many areas of
your life, Low Doers are usually not as focused on the practical tasks of life.
However, like all LIFE Languages,™ the characteristics of the Doer can be learned and acquired. Those who speak the Life Language of Very High Doer will be more difficult for you to relate to and will require more effort on your part. However, there are no LIFE Languages™ that you cannot communicate with if you choose. By learning to recognize the High Doer Language, you show honor and respect to Doers by then communicating in their Life Language. This shows you are a person of character and demonstrates a positive dimension to your communication skills. None of us can continuously communicate in our Low or Very Low Life Languages for a prolonged period of time without becoming weary, possibly experiencing burnout, and even losing a sense of our identity. However, we can choose to connect when appropriate and/or necessary in order to show respect and support to others.

Communication Indicators
Just as a thermometer can indicate air or body temperature, the following factors give you further insight into your communication style. They do impact and play a role in your communication but do not determine your communication style. The following Indicators are scored High, Moderate and Low. These scales differ from your Seven LIFE Languages™ scales, as Indicators may change through life experiences and choices.
Indicator Score Result 1. Acceptance Level 15 Low 2. Interactive Style Introvert 35 Low 3. Internal Control 43 Moderate 4. Intrusion Level 70 High 5. Projective Level 16 Low 6. Susceptibility To Stress 55 Moderate 7. Learning Preference Order
Auditory 34 Moderate Physical 33 Moderate Visual 33 Moderate
1. Acceptance Level
This scale measures how you tend to view yourself, whether you more easily see your strengths and positive attributes or your weaknesses and negative qualities. Or whether you see a balance between the two—easily and honestly seeing both your negatives and positives qualities.
Your Acceptance Level - Low (15)
A LOW Acceptance Level indicates that you tend to have more introspection and awareness of your weaknesses than your strengths or positive attributes. You have many positive attributes, and can choose to identify and develop awareness of them, although you will usually have to work through the negatives to get there. Positive input about yourself by others possibly makes you uncomfortable. Focusing more on your strengths, positive attributes and successes can raise a Low Acceptance Level. It may be easier for you to see the positive things about others than it is to see your own. You may be very open and sometime perhaps too open to advice and counsel, trusting others’ insights more confidently than you do your own.
2. Interactive Style
This scale indicates how comfortable you are with people most of the time. The KLLP™ measurement of Introvert and Extrovert is somewhat different from other measurements; it measures preference rather than
Making the most of your KLLP™ KendallLife Languages Profile™
HIMAY PATEL - 03/29/2019 ©LIFE Languages v 2.0 (2012.3.15) Page 21
overall behavior. For example, it measures whether you prefer working alone or in groups, or working with those you know or do not know. As another example, according to our measurements, a person who scores as an Introvert may seem outgoing and somewhat extroverted to those he or she knows well. However, with strangers or those not known as well, the Introvert will typically be less verbal, less outgoing, and not desire to mix with them.
Your Interactive Style – Introvert (35)
Your KLLP™ indicates that you are comfortable not being the center of attention unless you are with people you know well. You are comfortable working behind the scenes, and enjoy small groups (or one-on-one). Constantly being around a lot of people, especially those you do not know well, can be exhausting and you may withdraw to prevent stress. You also may be self-motivated and enjoy working alone; however, when working with groups, you prefer those you know well or people you are comfortable with.
3. Internal Control Level
This scale indicates how you see yourself in the area of self-discipline or self-governing vs. spontaneity or impulsiveness. Generally speaking, if we have high Internal Control, we are less prone to being externally controlled, either by others, circumstances, or experiences. Some people prefer to get tasks done ahead of schedule, and some seem to work better or more creatively doing things at the last minute under a time pressure. The higher our Internal Control, the more disciplined, and our lower the Internal Control the more flexible and spontaneous we are.
Your Internal Control Level – Moderate (43)
A Moderate Internal Control level suggests a relative balance between being self-governed and self- disciplined vs. spontaneous and flexible. This score indicates that you can choose to be self- disciplined when needed or to put aside tasks when appropriate, for example, when someone or a situation interjects itself. Maintaining a healthy balance in this area is probably relatively easy for you, and a goal all of us can seek.
4. Intrusion Level
This scale measures how you see yourself handling interruptions, intrusions, interference, outside stimuli, people, or situations foreign to you, usually uninvited or unexpected. Intrusion Levels indicates how comfortable and tolerant you are with distractions and differences. Some people like a more structured environment, and others flow more easily with uninvited or unscheduled people or situations. For all of us, a good habit to form is the ability to gently or kindly communicate when intrusions become an issue.
Your Intrusion Level - High (70)
Your score indicates higher levels of comfort, patience and tolerance for life as it is presented. You tend to be okay with those who are considerably different and/or speak different Life Languages
Making the most of your KLLP™ KendallLife Languages Profile™

than yourself. You probably easily overlook intrusions or interruptions. You have the ability to accept others, their differences, and much of life without making judgments or needing to change it. However, you must guard yourself against allowing intrusions to be an escape from necessary tasks that achieve quality results.
5. Projective Indicator
This scale indicates how important other’s perception and opinion is to you. For example: a person with a high projective score could be greatly concerned if others had a less than positive opinion of them. A person with a low score would probably shrug it off and not let it bother them. A balance between high and low is valuable because it provides objectivity so that you can evaluate others attitudes about yourself and thereby remain teachable.
Your Projective Level – Low (16)
A Low Projective Level suggests that if others are indifferent to you or even disrespectful, you can probably shrug it off. The opinions of others do not generally impact your attitude or activities. An extremely Low Projective Level can cause others to possibly see you as indifferent, not easily motivated by others, and unconcerned about others’ opinions. Generally, you do what you want to, without a great deal of concern. This tends to make you not overly subjected to peer pressure.
6. Susceptibility To Stress
This scale measures vulnerability to stress that comes into our lives. Stress is in all of our worlds, and comes from various sources, even from having too many good things going on at one time. We are more susceptible to stress when we are too busy, lacking sleep, not feeling well, fatigued, frustrated, lacking exercise, and even unable to express ourselves adequately. Failure to handle stress properly can cause us to move into one or more of the Distress Levels of our Life Languages. We can learn to recognize our stress and do what is necessary to de-stress. Distress, by Life Languages definition, is when you respond negatively to any situation.A key to avoid over reaction to stress and distress is H.A.L.T. Avoid stressful situation when your are: H-hungry, A-angry, L-lonely and T-tired.
Your Susceptibility To Stress – Moderate (55)
A Moderate Susceptibility to Stress indicates that under most circumstances you tend to handle stress appropriately. When those situations arise and you are experiencing external or internal pressures leading to stress, you generally do not escalate to a high level being highly vigilant or reactive, nor de-escalate to a low level being very laid back and relaxed. You tend to handle stress in a more positive way most of the time.
7. Learning Preference
There are three basic Learning Styles and our preferential way is the one that is easiest for us. We learn in all three ways, but when there is a choice, the one that is more natural, distinct, and clear will typically be our preference. It will usually be our most effective way to experience and sharpen our learning skills.

Your Learning Preference – Auditory (34)
Your Profile indicates that you prefer to hear instructions explained to you, and you quickly understand and can follow verbal instructions. You are sensitive to sounds in your environment. You can tell a great deal about a person's mood or attitude by the sound of the person’s voice, usually easily determining stress and feelings that a person may think they are hiding. Listening to audio CDs is a valuable method of learning for you.

Applying the Seven LIFE Languages™ ™
We encourage you to read, reflect, study, and review your KLLP™ carefully. The more you understand the LIFE Languages™, the more ways you will find to apply them in your relationships. Typically, those who have LIFE Languages™ similar to our own are initially easier for us to communicate and get along with. However, learning to accept and understand the differences in each of the seven LIFE Languages™ can bridge those differences in our Languages. Those very differences can often bring balance and strength to relationships. Try to get together with others who have taken the KLLP™ to discuss and compare your LIFE Languages™ in positive, constructive ways. You will find this to be a great adventure.
When interacting with those who have not taken the KLLP™, remember that the two most frequently spoken LIFE Languages™ by both men and women are Responder (32% of the population) and Doer (28%). Producers are 3% of the population. The other three LIFE Languages™ represent about 10%-13% of the population. So until you get all your friends, family, and co-workers to take the KLLP™ for themselves, if you speak to most people as though they were either Responders or Doers, you probably will not be too far off.
Remember, Responders need unconditional acceptance, and Doers need approval for their accomplishments and for you to do your share of the work. You will be amazed at the changes that will take place if you simply address these two basic Filters and Needs in both children and adults in your life. They will blossom!
Another way to help you understand the communication style of others who have not taken the KLLP™ is try to determine their Category. Do they feel first (Emotive Category), think first (Cognitive Category), or act (Kinetic Category) first? Do they say things like: “I feel that this just isn’t the thing to do,” or “I think that we should consider...”, or “Let’s do it! Why stand around?” Once you have determined their Category, you can respond accordingly.
Take It to the next level. Fred and Anna Kendall cover each of the seven LIFE Languages™ in depth in their classic book, Speaking of Love. Learn how to recognize speakers of each of the LIFE Languages™ including their Distress Levels, how they might decorate their home and office, how they handle finances, how they respond romantically and intimately and much more. Once you have determined a person’s Primary LIFE Language,™ you can communicate with and inspire that person by responding to their Passion or Developmental Need.
An Influencer working for a High Shaper was in danger of being fired for appearing unorganized. Although she was producing good results, her boss thought she seemed too unpredictable. She began making a consistent effort to meet the Shaper boss’s need for agreement and support through long-term planning, projections, and documentation with timelines. Instead of being demoted, she received a salary increase.

She learned to speak his Language! At work A Mover Mom disciplined quickly and directly, often by spanking her six-year old Responder son. He usually became hysterical, angry, and resentful. In addition, her discipline was not changing his behavior. After reading Speaking of Love, this mother began consistently providing the Responder child with unconditional acceptance and affection and showing genuine grief when he misbehaved. Within 8 months, the child’s behavior was so improved that he would confess and occasionally punish himself with time-out.
Keep in mind there are occasions when the KLLP™ may not seem to fully reflect the way you see yourself, or the way others see you. One or more of the following reasons might explain why:
1. The person answering the questions experienced a recent trauma that impacted their answers.
2. The person answering the questions was doing a job that influenced their answers toward a profile consistent with that job.
3. The person answering the questions slanted the answers deliberately toward how they want to be seen or away from how they really are most of the time in most situations.
4. The person answering the questions has experienced a great deal of abuse in their life, and possibly has not dealt with it.
5. The person answering the questions lacks the reading comprehension and/or vocabulary to choose the answer that most fits them.
6. The person answering the questions does not know himself or herself in reality.
7. The person answering the questions went to one extreme or another—answering the questions with no thought, or giving them too much thought—causing an inaccurate profile.
8. The person answering the questions did not answer them they way they are most of the time, most of their life and in most situations.
These are vital to achieving an accurate KLLP™. Remember, your communication style, personality, character, behavior, beliefs, and even your KLLP™ results are not etched in stone. Use the KLLP™ for learning, growing, developing character, improving communication, and building relationships, By approaching the KLLP™ as a learning - growth journey, you can be successful, enjoy life more, and become all that you were created to be.
The KLLP™ Profile Circle
Your Primary Languages are your preferred communication style, but just as your lifestyle and behavior are not static, neither are your seven LIFE Languages™. When your first or second Life Languages are not connecting with someone, remember you have five other Life Languages that you can use.
Final Thoughts KendallLife Languages Profile™
HIMAY PATEL- 03/29/2019 ©LIFE Languages Page 26
The Profile Circle shows how you can pull up a lower Life Language to use in that situation. We believe that you are designed to move up and down your LIFE Languages™ Portrait until you consciously or subconsciously find the one that connects with that person, usually by speaking through their Filter. When we are inflexible and stay in only one or two of our stronger Life Languages, we limit ourselves. Under stress, you are most likely to exhibit the distress characteristics of your Primary Life Languages, but you absolutely can learn to pull up on the strengths of your lower Life Languages to help compensate for those situations. This helps you move out of stress and build character in your life. It is important to remember that a high or low score in a given Life Language is neither better nor worse, but simply an indication of your fluency and comfort in that Life Language. Picture your seven LIFE Languages™ on a rotating wheel or carousel that you can turn and use to pull up the strengths of each and every LIFE Language to help you better connect and communicate with others as well as get through stressful or difficult times in your life, career, and relationships.
