A. THE COMPANY

B. THE POSITION

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Manager who can effectively work with agency

leadership to manage people's metrics. The company offers a competitive benefits package for

C. THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and executing HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align directly with the

agency's plans and policies.

• Form a partnership with Chief Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to communicate

policies regarding human resources activities.

• Driving efficiency in the entire human resource operations

• Delivering core human resource services

• Advising management concerning the relations of employees

• Responsible for day-to-day human resources activities or operations

• Also, the HRM should be able to pay a visit to the client's home to respond to emergency calls or

conditions like assisting children with their items measuring 25 to 50 lbs and should be able to

drive.

D. THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management

• Must have at least experience of 5 – 7 years of working in the field

• Social Service experience preferred

• Track record of driving high employee engagement and organization performance

• Theory knowledge and skills

• Knowledge in pertinent local, state and federal laws

E. THE LOCATION

Florence, CO, the reimbursement has an authorization of traveling and transportation in regards

to this position.
