My Future Career
Introduction
As an IT professional, my future career is to be a Top Networker. IT professionals are essentials in the current world due to advancement in technologies. Networking helps companies and business to enhance their connections that will enable data sharing and transfer of files through different devices. I would like to have my own company that will have other professional networkers and be efficient in the work done in networking issues. These professionals are essentials in solving problems encountered problems of networking in companies.
Statement of the Problem
Networking jobs can be intimidating as many people struggle to develop an appropriate connection. Information sharing with companies is essential for companies because it allows the employees to be informed accordingly (Forret 48). When employees are informed about the activities taking place in the company, they are able to work in collaboration to meet the overall goal of the company. Networking profession will be essentials in solving connection problems in a company.
Task:
Networker professions are required to connect with other networkers in the industry especially those successful. Establishing such connections can be difficult for upcoming networkers, which limit them from attaining their goals as they encounter problems and become frustrated. As a person interested in networking jobs in future, it is essential that I attend all the meetings held and utilize any interaction with other successful networkers such as leaders and executives of large companies. This connection will help me obtain essential information that will facilitate my goal in the profession (Gross 81). The wider my connections with other networkers, the more likely I will raise in the ladder of networking profession. Development of appropriate connections helps me in obtaining advices and guidance in the successful growth and development in the networking industry. I will be able to identify the necessary practices that facilitate growth in my career.
Information obtained for other successful networkers will help in in developing high conversation in the networking industry that will inform potential customers who I also and what I am asking for (Gross 84). High impact conversation is used as a successful marketing strategy by many people today whether they record a conversation and posted it various social media networks. Potential customers get information about them that is what they do and what they are looking for and contact them if they are in need of the service offered.
As a high profile Networker it will be essential to develop time schedules. Time schedules involve having a set time to complete a certain job. I will provide the task is completed with the set time frame. Customers like to deal with people who are time conscious (Shotland 275). Every work done by the Networker should be in line with the requirements of the customers, hence time will be given in accordance with changes needed. At times, networking job can be overwhelming and take up more than intended times. Time scheduling will also hold me in organizing my jobs and performing within the required times so that I reach more people. Therefore, I will ensure that employees in my company complete the client’s job within appropriate timespans and offer reputable services.

I will own a company worth 3 million and an income of more than 5 million within the first year of operation. The company will be started in 3 years after completion of my studies.

I guided by the following graphic whereby I will establish social connections with customers through social networks. I will look for people with similar skills who can perform best in networking jobs. I will encapsulate a query that contains information about colleges he is work done, client services and type of services offered.
Conclusion: I will also ensure that I attain customer expectations and achieve the promises I make to them to win their confidence. I will also ensure I am brave when approaching new clients and top networks in the industry for advices and growth of my company. I will be driven by the force of changing the world which I am capable of through commitments and a focused energy. The people working under me will also be required to embrace the same gear so that the future of the company is attained.
