 Partnering with Chief Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to discuss the policies

concerning HRM activities

 Offering advice to the organization management regarding employees relations

 Drive efficiency in all operations related to the HR department

Requirements

 All employees should have a driving license

 Bachelor's degree in Business specialized in Human Resource Management

 Experience of at least five to seven years of working or engaging in the same field

 Preferred of social service experience

 Tracking record of driving high organizational performance and engagement of the workforce

 Skills and knowledge in pertinent local, state and federal laws

 Skills and expertise in theoretical work
