Annual Report

An annual report is a comprehensive report on a company's activities throughout the preceding years. Annual reports are intended to give shareholders and other interested people information about the company's activities and financial performances. They maybe recognized as grey literature. Most jurisdicitons had required companies which had to prepare and to also disclose annual reports, and then many had required to the annual report to be filled at the company's registry. Companies are listed on a stock exchange which are also required to report at more frequent intervals.

It is a financial statement that shows how much business owns and owes others in a specific moment

Income Statement

A financial statement that will show how much a business's had earned and spent during a specific period
