After my graduation, I established "……………..” Construction Company with a group of civil engineers in 2015.Having this company put me in the way in which I could practically put to use the theories of civil engineering in real projects. However, having several years of management of my own company revealed that the engineering knowledge is not enough for me and I felt the need of gaining up-to-date management knowledge. Besides, the practical experience for my progress was not enough and I knew that my success will rest upon along-term and precise planning.
