What are the necessary components of a classroom management system? The
first necessary component of a classroom management systems is effective classroom
management maintains a safe and a positive environment for the students in which high-
quality teaching and learning can occur with the students in the classroom. Second,
effective classroom management promotes civility and responsible behavior from the
students in the classroom. Effective behavior causes positive interactions while learning
between a student and a teacher. Third, effective classroom management helps all
students use their inner motivation and ongoing self-control while in a classroom trying
to learn. As a teacher, you are expected to use effective classroom management. If a
teacher does not have any management over her/his classroom setting it can be very
difficult to teach the students. Planning is very important for teachers. Students know
when teachers are not organized and have their things together. Managements provides a
very clear picture of what skilled teachers do in their classrooms to establish control and
management of the students. Every teacher needs and should want to have a positive
implemented classroom management system in place to teach students of any age.
What is the purpose of each component? The purpose of effective classroom
management maintains a safe and a positive environment for the students in which high- quality
teaching and learning can occur with the students in the classroom because every student need to
know that they are safe in the classroom when they are away from their parents. The
environment that the students are in should always be safe and positive for the students. The
purpose of having a safe and positive environment is to ensure the child that they are safe, and
they can count on their teacher for anything even when feeling afraid from being away from the

familiar people that they know. Effective classroom management purpose is that it promotes
civility and responsible behavior from the students in the classroom. Teachers can provide a
high-quality learning environment for students by demonstrating effective leadership and taking
positive charge of the classroom. Effective teachers establish and maintain communication with
the students. Effective managers teach students to abide by the classroom expectation and
routines. And the purpose of effective classroom management is that it helps all students use
their inner motivation and ongoing self-control while in a classroom trying to learn new things in
the classroom. Effective teachers provide engaging instruction and interact with the students as
much as possible. Motivating the students to be on their best behavior and that they ca do
anything if they just try. When the lessons are fun and engaging, the lessons gets the students
attention and they are eager to learn the skills being taught. When students are engaged into
lessons, they are eager to learn the skill and if they cannot grasp the skill, they are eager to get
help from their instructor. When teachers provide their support to students, the student develop
an understanding of the difficult skill in learning.
