Multimedia is described as a combination of several types of media, and from this description, concepts related to the development of multimedia, websites should revolve around different types of media such as sound, video, images, texts, and animals used within the web pages. Just like any other web-based multimedia, information requested by web users is displayed on web pages via hyperlinks (Nielsen, 2020). A few examples of interactive multimedia websites are controlling a 3D object and playing and pausing computer games or videos, among others. With the increased use of technologies in small and huge businesses in marketing their products, it can be said that, unlike in the last few decades when website technology development was still underway, the advancement of website technology has gained popularity these days. Perhaps multimedia technology is progressively gaining popularity in web development as it allows web developers to incorporate other media that facilitate the effective interaction of web users and websites.

Based on the question, my multimedia website idea is based on business activities. The idea will be composed of several elements of media incorporated within a business website to promote the marketing of brand services and products. Some of the elements that will be included in my multimedia website ideas include animation (Nielsen, 2020). This is a key component of multimedia use n a website since it will ensure that images and pictures are widely used to show continuity in transition, illustrate change over time, indicate dimensionality in translations as well as multiplex the display within the web. Besides the use of animations, the multimedia web will also include the use of video to give web users an actual impression of the speaker’s personality. Perhaps the use of separate audio from videos will also serve better in the multimedia web since it provides more details without necessarily obscuring the screen. Other key elements that will include in my multimedia website include text materials, photographs along with still images, as well as GIFs form of animation (Smallbusiness, 2021). In summary use of the above elements in developing a multimedia website will make it impressive, simple, innovative, and more interactive for users
