Cultural intelligence is the skill to relate as well as work effectively within situations that are culturally diverse. It is the capacity to cross boundaries in addition to prospering within multiple cultures. Individuals within Western cultures perceive intelligence as a way for the people to devise categories plus engage in debate that is rational. On the other hand, the individuals in the Eastern cultures consider it to be a means of the members of a community to understand contradiction as well as complexity alongside playing their social roles in a successful manner (Alvarez & Domenech Rodríguez, 2020). With the intelligence tests, they have cultural bias, they have a bias extraordinarily strong favoring Whites and the middle-class groups. For instance, these tests are known for measuring knowledge plus content with lots of familiarity to the Whites, middle class as compared to diverse students. In addition, the language on the tests is also more familiar to the Whites.
