Unit 7 Assignment: Threats to Information Systems

In this Assignment, you will be assessed based on the following outcome:

MT300-4: Examine the importance of cyber security, ethics, and privacy in the global business environment.

In this Assignment, you will prepare an outline of the threats to a company’s information system.

Prepare a comprehensive outline of the threats, both unintentional and deliberate, to a company’s

information system. Briefly state a way to mitigate each threat. W hat are the primary considerations

for a continuity plan? How do these threats pose ethical and privacy concerns for the organization?

Components

● Your paper must be double-spaced, in Times New Roman, with 12-point font, and follow APA

6th edition format and citation style.

● It should have at least 3-pages (minimum 750 words) of content, not including the title and

reference page.

● Your writing should follow the conventions of Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation,

etc.), be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful, and display

superior content, organization, style, and mechanics.

● You are required to have at least two references in addition to the textbook, for a total of at

least three.

● Remember that APA uses both in-text citations and a reference list with hanging indents (both

are required).
