Instructions

As a consultant for nonprofits, you have been asked to prepare a presentation as part of the annual strategic fundraising planning meeting for one of your clients. The presentation should include a brief summary of the organization’s current fundraising plan/initiatives; then discuss at least six lessons that can be learned and used in developing a fundraising plan, with an emphasis on lessons pertaining to leadership. At least one of the lessons must relate to ethics and/or accountability.
