Presenting issues and purpose of contact:
A case manager from the MS society contacted sound options because Mrs. K needs assistance finding resources in the Tacoma area to help her get some care givers in the home for a couple hours a day. She needs help with housekeeping and transportation for appointments. Mrs.K is 48 years old and was diagnosed with MS in 2019. This will be our first meeting we will be filling out an application for copes.
