Comprehensive Application of the Integrative Problem Centered Metaframeworks Model to a Family in a Movie

You are required to select a family from a movie (see list at bottom) and conceptualize the family from the IPCM Model. You will submit a detailed outline for your final paper. You may include bullet points for all sections since it is ONLY an outline.

This outline should include:

1. Brief description of the family’s functioning and presenting problem (must be expanded for the final paper).

2. A brief description of the family’s problem using the IPCM model (must be expanded for the final paper). Formulate the family on EVERY dimension of the model.

• Level 1 – Structural (Behavioral) application **every concept must be described

• Level 2 – Biological application

• Level 3 – Meaning application (Experiential & Cognitive Behavioral) ** this section also includes a formulation of: culture, race, gender, & spirituality

• Level 4 – Bowenian application **every concept must be described

• Level 5 & 6 – Psychodynamic and Self Psychology application

3. A minimum of 5 references were cited. The citations follow the 7th edition of the APA guidelines. The

Integrative Problem Centered Metaframeworks Model is referenced. References support the topic and

are peer reviewed, scholarly sources.
