There are many benefits to having a diverse workforce that outweigh the challenges of having a diverse workforce.
Communicating will be the best way to handle most issues.

Cultural Diversity

Arabic, English, and others that come from other countries

Abu Dhabi does differ tremendously from the United States. One of the major differences is the language. Although English is encouraged and highly prevalent, Arabic is also spoken so being aware of this and having employees who speak both languages should help to bridge the communication gap. Another language barrier is that many of the workers come from other countries such as India and other Asian countries. This increases the language barrier to another level.
The business work week in Abu Dhabi is from Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday being the weekend.
One more area of possible concern for management is the dress code; more so for women. Women should dress more on the modest side and men should be in suit and tie.

Conclusion
Coca Cola is a very successful company. The focus of the company has shifted from what it used to be 80 years ago. Back then it was about making a great product and selling as much of it as possible. In todays world Coca Cola has a goal to make a comfortable living to all who are employed by Coca Cola. This principle has encouraged us to expand into other countries and give the same opportunity to others around the world.
