Project 2 includes the following major components:
7 Dimensions of Organizational Culture (6 points)
· Briefly discuss the 7 dimensions of Organizational Culture
· This should be a general discussion (not specific to Spotify)
· You are required to use and cite course materials (if not, the highest score falls to a 3.9/6.0 according to the rubric)
· Be sure to use “Analysis” (addressing the “Why”/”How”), as opposed to just the “What”
Spotify’s Video Facts/Examples of Org Culture (22 points)
· Point out specific examples of each dimension from the video
· Underline each dimension, when discussed
· Provide at least one example for each of the 7 dimensions
· Tie-in the course material (with citations) to each dimension discussed
· If course material and video are not both used, the highest grade falls to a 14/22 according to the rubric
· Be sure to include an in-text citation with min:sec in place of page/paragraph #
Competitive Advantage (20 points)
· Discuss how Spotify uses its corporate culture to create a competitive advantage
· Be sure to specify the competitive advantage
· Use both course material and information from the video
· If course material and video are not both used, the highest grade falls to under 13/20 according to the rubric (although not specifically stated)
Spotify’s Org Structure (20 points)
· Identify/discuss Spotify’s Organizational Structure
· Base your writing off of the video and the course readings
· Cite (at least 2) specific examples from the video
· If course material is not used, the highest grade falls to a 13/20 according to the rubric
Instructions (10 points)
· No more than 6 pages of content
· Must include a title page (not counted towards the 5-page limit)
· Must include a reference page (also not counted towards the 5-page limit)
· Paper must be double-spaced, 12-point font
· Use headings before each section
· Third-person writing is required

PROJECT 1 FEEDBACK
Overall, students did well on Project 1.
Here is an overview of some common problems that some students ran into:
INTRO
· Be specific and state the conclusion/thesis of the paper
· Do not simply re-word the instructions for the assignment
· The Intro is not worth very many points, so do not devote half a page to it (save space for the analytical parts further in the paper)
SWOT TABLE
· Some students identified 3 elements each, as opposed to 5 as stated by the rubric for maximum points
SWOT ANALYSIS
· The keyword here was “analysis” (by now, you should all know what that means...)
· Some students just rephrased the info from their SWOT Table
GOALS
· Good for the most part, but even better if stated as SMART goals
· The rubric required course support
# OBJECTIVES
· Some students provided just 2 objectives per goal
OBJECTIVES

CONCLUSION
· Summarize the paper
· Restate your thesis
· Like the Intro, the Conclusion is not worth very many points, so do not devote half a page to this section, either
INSTRUCTIONS
· The maximum page limit was 6 pages of content, double-spaced, with size 12 font
· If you submitted something smaller, I changed the characteristics accordingly and graded your project based off of this
APA
· Some student still have not learned how to cite within the paper, or as a reference list (please contact me immediately if this is you…)

“CourseHero” is a clearinghouse website and will result in a zero and possible plagiarism allegations
Please be mindful of your TurnItIn score after you upload your paper. This score can be used for you to re-examine your work and make corrections where necessary. The paper can then be resubmitted.
