Hello M,
The Executive Summary was brief (should be one page long) and needed more attention; more information on consumer needs, wants, and preferences was needed. The main function of the ES is to briefly present the most important points and findings. The ES is sometimes all that the busy executives read in a report.
Paper had some good arguments; however, some sections needed more information on the consumer habits, tastes, wants, and preferences.
More support was needed. Most sections were supported by one source (or none). Aim at supporting each paragraph with at least two different sources in order to create new knowledge.
The value proposition is your message to the consumers. The value proposition should be clear and specific to the new product. More features/benefits were needed; consumers buy benefits, not features. Each feature and its benefit should have been discussed by each market. This is your message to the consumers; you are addressing them directly! Basically, what value does it offer the consumers and compel them to buy it?
A clear Go/No Go recommendation by market should have been made. Which market(s) do you recommend entering, and why? Remember, you are a consultant; you should give a clear recommendation.
Moderate research, and should have been used more to support your arguments.
APA needed more attention; refer to your APA manual.
