Read your textbook about Gibb's Categories of Defensive vs. Supportive Behaviors (Chapter 12) What does "defensive" mean to you? What does "supportive" mean to you? Who in your life speaks to you using defensive behaviors? How do you think this impacts your relationship with them? Who in your life speaks to you using supportive behaviors? How do you think this impacts your relationship with them? How should we address those that communication defensive behaviors?

Assignment (Actual assignment that you will submit):

Change each defensive-provoking statement below into its corresponding supporting behavior statement. Refer back to your textbook to assist you.
