To achieve success in negotiation and conflict management, the implementation dress code is required. Nowadays, most of the universities and organizations dress code become an increasingly common policy. Dress codes are designed to create a better environment that can provide freedom of expression. The concept of dress code in the university for staff and faculty will promote good behaviour which is essential in any university. This dress code policy will help to encourage the students on their studies and their behaviour. Some people will not like the concept of dress code, but for that people, should tell the benefits of implementing a dress code policy in universities  (Cantalamessa, 2020).

Dress code policy diminishes the communal fight and peer weight that may be related with arrival. Most of the formal places like collages, universities will expect a decent, smart, and formal dress code. The concept of dress code policy is to bring unity which can prevent conflicts. The dress code policy eliminates discrimination, so there should be a necessity of adopting a dress code in the university. That necessity should help to accept the dress code policy for staff and faculty in the university. By implementing the dress code in the university will not allow the issues with their backgrounds and culture. The only disadvantage of the dress code is that it will not allow the individual styles of dressing freedom. There should also be different types of dress codes that are available for implementing dress codes in universities with their choice. The dress code policy will enhance interaction and communication skills. Dress code significantly helps to recognize every individual’s role in the university like staff, faculty, and student. Unity and good behaviour will increase the value of the university (Matz, 2015). The formal dress code of every individual will improve their confidence level and achieve success with the freedom of expressing their thoughts which leads to innovations that indicate the success of the university.
