Module 6:  Conflict

Describe a recent conflict you were or are currently involved in which is still unresolved due to power issues (e.g., managing finances, responsibilities).  What type of power is being used and by whom?  How does this power impact your ability to resolve the conflict?  In what way could you move to balance the power?  

When responding to classmates’ posts, what other suggestions can you provide to assist in balancing the power?
