After going over module six of this course, you must complete Part A  or  Part B of this assignment:

Part A:  Identify the supply chain management, customer relationship management, or e-procurement services that are used by   PricewaterhouseCoopers  or   Federal Express .

Under what circumstances might a company want to use these services?

Write a two- to three-page paper explaining the circumstances.

Part B: If you were implementing an ERP system, in which cases would you be more inclined to modify the ERP to match your business processes? What are the drawbacks of doing this? Which ERP is the best? Perform some original research and compare three leading ERP systems to each other.
