ADDITIONAL NOTES
All the regular units will take place concurrently from the beginning to the end. The course started to kick off from the October of 2017, meaning that it will run all the way to the year 2020. The plan will efficiently be attained student will not be held up by failures in the course of the examinations. Thus, the assumption made by the student’s program is that the user will be able to pass all the exams for the first time. (Bass, Avolio, Jung, & Bersen (2003). Therefore, it will be comfortable to proceed to the next level immediately after the examinations of the prior level. It also assumed that the university would run perpetually without any needs for closure. Besides, is expected to the best of the student that he would retain the right health conditions to avoid any cases of differing.
However, the student considers the provision that some instances may occur along the way that may cause the program to be longer. Thus, various requirements are seen as possibilities of making the program longer. Some of the provisions are those of becoming sick, being unable to raise the sufficient fees in time, the chance of a failure, and even the possibilities of acts of God. These options accounted for that they may lead to an increase in the study period. However, the allowed time for the stated discrepancies could only be permitted for not more than one year. Thus, the student has put in place all possible mechanisms to ensure that all goes as planned. Also, the plan has been made in concurrence to the program of the three-year period by the institution. Therefore, it takes into account all the worries of the schools and thus portrays and fair view of the future expectations.
Task 2: Area of research and General Questions
The area of research will revolve around the transformations that occur or ought to keep on happening in the organization. As such, it will be research of most of the factors that relate to the needed transformations and the role that the leaders carry in enhancing the same.
Area of research: The role of the leaders in enhancing transformation in the organization
This form of research will try to determine the role that leaders carry out in ensuring that there are transformations in the organization. Of course, change is inevitable for all organization. However, not all changes are good for the organization. The changes are usually implemented to see that the company is well positioned in the field of competition. As such, it is expected that the organization will do better after implementing changes in all the various functions that it operates. However, the success will depend largely on the form of leadership that is the position. Therefore, this becomes a crucial area of consideration. In this regard, there is much importance is to determine the role that the leaders play in ensuring that transformations are enhanced in the firm and that they are all directed towards better performance. Therefore, the various research questions will concentrate on the role that the leaders have in ensuring productive transformations in the firm.
Research objectives
To determine the main roles of leadership in the transformation journey of the organization
To determine the role of leaders in ensuring that all the employees are involved in the transformation agenda.
To determine the shortcomings affecting the performance of the leadership in ensuring the transformations that are desired for the organization are attained.
To determine the role of the subordinates in relations to better transformative leadership for the organization
General research questions
The general research questions will concentrate more on determining the roles that the leaders carry in ensuring transformative agenda ion the organization. Thus, the questions will be directing to the determination of the roles that the leaders carry out across all functions and divisions of the organization. They include the following:
What is the motivational role of the leaders in enhancing transformations in the organization?
This research question will be directed towards determining what the leaders should do to create a culture of motivation towards implementing positive changes.
What is the role of leaders in enhancing a change in the culture of the organization?
For transformation to be achieved, culture must be friendly. Thus, this question aims at determining the role of the leaders in strategizing the culture.
What is the role of the leaders in the preparation of the intended changes and transformations?
The transformation must start way from the planning. Thus, the research will be directed towards determining the role of the leaders in attaining the intended changes.
What is the role of leaders in the case of challenges?
Challenges are expected to occur for any organization and in the course of business. As such, the role of leaders in having the problems solved will be determined via the research.
