The first is on potential legal issues that PR professionals should be aware of when working in the PR industry.

The second is "real-world" scenario examples and questions related to these potential legal issues that a PR professional may face.

Think about what you've learned about legal implications and the PRSA Code of Ethics and how you might respond to each question. Please note that I am not a legal expert and that while I would encourage you to consult the PRSA Code of Ethics and the law to guide you I would also encourage you to seek professional legal advice from your company's legal team for issues you may face that could potentially have legal implications.
