Net Neutrality Discussion and Response

The article "Impact of rivalry between ISPs (Internet Service Providers) but also Content Providers mostly in Net Neutrality Discussion" aims at exploring the crucial relationship between ISP as well as the CP rivalry and different policy concerns linked to connection. In the paper, the author discusses the rivalry between Internet service providers as well as content providers. The author claimed that the intensified rivalry between the Internet service providers and Content providers would not benefit the customer and the free internet in general (Guo, 2010). The authors analyze net neutrality with possible consequences focused on a model established by the author considering two opposing ISPs. Based on the findings, the author has indicated that it is strategically advantageous for the ruling Contend provider to reverse its policy on net neutrality in some situations.
The article "Net Neutrality & Vertical Implementation of Internet and Broadband Services" discusses many concerns about the vertical integration and future effects of content as well as broadband services on net neutrality. The author utilized the conceptual game model for performing the analysis. The author has developed stability in groups and has shown that vertical integration BSP does not have to comply with net neutrality (Hong, 2017). The Author is given many key inputs centered on this analysis on whether vertical integration among BSP & content providers is feasible in the absence of net neutrality.
The purpose of the article, "Net neutrality, exclusive contracts & internet fragmentation," is to explore the correlation between net neutrality, market access contracts, and fragmentation of the internet. The author argues that net neutrality prohibits exclusive web content from being uploaded, which in turn adds to fragmentation of the internet. In order to research NN regulations and fragmentation, the author utilized a game-theoretical model (Kourandi, 2015). This model enabled authors to further understand the relationship among termination fees, exclusivity as well as competitiveness among internet service providers and CPs. The author observed on the basis of this analysis that the lack of fragmentation is advantageous for the end customers.
I don't think net neutrality would impact data networks or access to information for companies, so users are free to go to several rivals in the market. If a network distinguishes against such details, consumers may find and lose faith mostly in the network. In the long term, every network that discriminates against information would lose its clients. I assume that net neutrality would contribute to IT performance, for all participants are aware of their limitations and laws because lawbreakers instantly fall from the market, and advances in networks speed up the flow of news as well as information. If all apply the same guidelines, such as standing in line, an equal market can be preserved.
