Reflection

When I reviewed the previous concept map based on the current readings, I realized that there is a need to add other segments of learning in this environment such as special presentations, Piaget's learning theory, various adult education scientists and goals. This subtopic is evaluated according to a view model. The presentation segment acknowledges that Piaget's natural hypothesis was originally proposed for children and adolescents, not adults (Muneja, 2015). Age continues to be seen as a transition from middle school to college. Also, this presentation segment is essential and prepares for a smart additional flow of statements. The creators then examined Piaget's learning hypotheses before entering usage levels. It is a consistent desire for any artist who understands how to judge clarity. Muneja (2015) noted that Piaget suggested two systems in which people learn. The first is when students learn new material, whether they are adults or teenagers. The second is the point at which this new material is stored in memory. At this point this cycle is useful. In addition, the Creator shows Piaget's stage hypothesis, which includes four periods.

All of the perspectives discussed in this study are important in the field of adult education and these concepts need to be understood in Western conditions. When the learning environment is ideal for the setting; Educators are adequately prepared; the climate is also calm. However, in sub-Saharan Africa, things are unique. Frameworks in rural and metropolitan areas are regularly subject to world class principles. Some teachers are hired without training or in a defenseless condition. In situations like these, you may be wondering how African researchers apply Malcom Knowles' thinking. How can African scientists apply constructivist ideas? In addition, how African scientists can apply neopyagetic thinking. I therefore think that the developing African scholastics should find out how to impose further restrictions on andragogy to fit into current socio-political and financial realities.
